How Our Ozone Odor Removal Technology Works
We use the Bio3Blaster VH Tornado, a commercial-grade ozone generator built for professional restoration contractors. This is not a consumer air purifier. It is industrial equipment designed for serious odor elimination.
Key specifications
80,000 mg/h verified ozone output (not inflated marketing numbers)
1,850 CFM industrial blower that drives ozone into corners, wall cavities, and porous materials
High-temperature quartz/ceramic dielectric cells with no plate replacements or output degradation
Short-proof transformers and powder-coated steel housing built for daily professional use
Patented dual vertical/horizontal operation: vertical for standard room treatment, horizontal for directing ozone into crawl spaces, under raised floors, and through HVAC systems
Hand-built in Elyria, Ohio by Oxyzone Enterprises (BBB accredited since 2009)
How ozone treatment works:
Ozone (O3) is a naturally occurring gas made up of three oxygen atoms. When generated at high concentrations, ozone reacts with odor-causing molecules and breaks them apart at the chemical level. Unlike air fresheners or cleaning products that mask smells, ozone destroys the source of the odor permanently.
During treatment, we seal the space and run the ozone generator for a prescribed period based on the size of the area and severity of the odor. After treatment, the ozone converts back to regular oxygen (O2) within 30 to 60 minutes, leaving no chemical residue behind.
What ozone treatment eliminates:
Pet urine, dander, and animal odors embedded in carpet, padding, and subfloor
Cigarette, cigar, marijuana, and vape smoke absorbed into drywall, fabric, and HVAC systems
Mold spores, mildew, musty smells, and MVOCs (microbial volatile organic compounds)
Cooking odors, grease smells, and food contamination
Biological odors from bodily fluids, decomposition, or sewage
General "lived-in" smells in rental units, estate properties, and vehicles
